I Spy Easy Teriyaki Salmon

This is my new favorite Salmon recipe. It is so easy and fool proof. I found this gem in the Cooking with All Things Trader Joe’s cookbook.

Easy Teriyaki Salmon with brocoli and potatoes

Ingredients:

Salmon! (sauce ratio is for about 1 pound of salmon)
1/2 cup Trader Joe's Soyaki Sauce
1 Tbs of dijon mustard

Directions:

  1. Whisk together Soyaki sauce and dijon mustard. Brush mixture over salmon filets and let sit for 20 minutes.
  2. Pre-heat the oven on Broil. Line a baking sheet with foil and arrange salmon on the sheet.  Bake on top oven rack.
  3. Baking time is different depending on the thickness and quantity of the salmon. For 1-2 filets cooking time is around 6-10 minutes. For larger quantities, such as Costco Salmon (about 2 lbs/ 6 filets), cooking time ranges around 20-25 minutes. For larger quantities, I usually move the rack down to the second notch until the last five minutes of bake time.
